Step 1. Log into iceDQ

Overview

iceDQ provides three authentication methods:

1. Local Authentication
2. Active Directory Authentication
3. Single Sign-On (SSO)

Local & AD Login

If your organization uses Local Authentication or Active Directory Authentication, follow these steps:

1. Go to the iceDQ login page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click Sign In.
4. You will be logged into the iceDQ application.

SSO Login

If your organization uses SSO, follow these steps:

1. Go to the iceDQ login page.
2. Below Sign In, click on Sign In with [Your IDP] (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra, Ping Federate).
3. You will be redirected to your IDP login page.
4. Enter your IDP credentials.
5. Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to iceDQ.
